Earlier this week I was blessed to go see my hair stylist for my routinely scheduled hair appointment. As I was sitting in the chair letting my color sit I had lots of thoughts... So thus, I decided to write them up and share them with you! 

If you didn't know... I was a Journalism Major in college. Words are so powerful and I love to share what God places on my heart with each of you!

Okay... so back to my story...

As I walk into my hair appointment, if you are anything like me... My hair is usually grown out, in a messy bun on top of my head, and in need of some serious love. There is a special place in Heaven for hair stylists, I swear! 

They tend to turn into our therapists and have us feeling so glamorous by the time we leave.

Anyways... as my stylist carefully concocts the perfect formula for dye, curates each piece of hair in a specific way, and pays extreme detail to the way I expect the outcome to be... She works some true magic!  

I can show her a picture, sort of describe what I want as best as a non-hair person can, and she goes to work. 

And, voliá! In two hours and some change... I walk out of the salon feeling like A NEW WOMAN. 

My hair is fresh, beautiful, and looks completely different. 

I feel better about myself and I witness a true miracle of how something can be changed in so little time. 

So.... where does life coaching come in to all of this!?

Similarly to coaching... We walk into a program or a session feeling less than stellar often times. A little beat up, with a few grays, needing a refresh! We know it is time for a change and we need somebody to help us with that.
